At Effluve.bd, we are committed to delivering high-quality fragrances and a smooth shopping experience. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are handled.


Delivery Partner

We ship orders across Bangladesh via Pathao Courier to ensure fast and reliable delivery.


Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of fragrance products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return or Replacement

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • The product arrived damaged or leaking
  • The item is missing from your order

📌 Important: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns if:

  • You changed your mind after ordering
  • The fragrance does not match your personal preference
  • The product has been used or tampered with
  • The issue is reported after 48 hours of delivery

Refund Policy

When Refunds Are Approved

Refunds are issued only if:

  • A replacement is not available, or
  • The returned item meets our return eligibility criteria

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed via:

  • Mobile banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket), or
  • Bank transfer

Refunds are completed within 5–7 business days after approval.


Replacement Process

If your item is eligible for replacement:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide order details and proof (photos/videos)
  3. Our team will verify and arrange a replacement shipment

Effluve.bd will bear the delivery cost for eligible replacements.


Damaged Parcel from Courier

If you receive a visibly damaged package from Pathao Courier:

  • Please record an unboxing video
  • Report immediately to our support team
  • Do not discard packaging materials until the issue is resolved

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped via Pathao Courier, cancellation is no longer possible.
